CH Powell Company has leased 2,050 square feet of space at 3663 N Sam Houston. PMRG's Marci Phillips and John Zivley of Oxford Partners handled this transaction. 

Adobe Equity Group, LLC has leased 928 square feet of space at 650 N Sam Houston. Interoil Services has also leased 2,379 square feet of space at the property. A real estate services company has both renewed its lease of 2,404 square feet and added an additional 189 square feet at the property as well. Marci Phillips of PMRG handled these transactions. 

FixCore, LLC has leased 1,561 square feet of space at 650 N Sam Houston.PMRG's Marci Phillips and Lesley Gilhooly of SwiftLease handled the transaction. 

Premier IMS has purchased 82,950 square feet of space at 1100 Greens Parkway. Cushman Wakefield's Cape Bell is the leasing agent on this property. 

XE Hospitality is constructing two hotels, a Hampton Inn and a Home 2 Suites, at the intersection of Beltway 8 and the Hardy Toll Road. Hampton Inn is scheduled to open in October 2013 and the Home 2 Suites is scheduled to open by mid-year 2015. 

Hines and Studley are working together with Pinto Business Park on a 600,000 square foot building on Greens Crossing Boulevard. The building is already 83 percent pre-leased.

The National Realty Group's Thomas Leger sold 1.7 acres of undeveloped land located at Rankin Circle W to Adkisson Brokerage Development

Adkisson Development is developing a 10,000 square foot building at 410 Rankin Circle North, which is currently under construction. Steve Adkisson of Adkisson Development brokered the sale of 5,200 square feet for a building and 1/2 an acre of land to a personal services firm. 

Two companies in the energy industry have completed deals at 400 North Belt. The first has renewed its lease of 20,000 square feet and the second has both renewed its lease of 23,000 square feet as well as adding 2,000 more. Parkway's Rachel Williams is the leasing agent on this property. 

HD Supply has leased 500,000 square feet of industrial space in Pinto Park. 

Avera Companies has purchased 17.2 acres of land at the southwest corner of N Sam Houston and I-45. 

Brennan Investment Group has announced it is developing a 130,000 square foot facility at Pinto Business Park for The Reynolds CompanyHines is handling land infrastructure before Brennan takes over building responsibilities. 

Ek Rankin purchased 5.7 acres on Rankin Road just east of I-45. Finial Group's Reed Vestal and Ross Thomas represented the seller and TNRG's Stephen Kuper represented the buyer. 

Three new tenants have leased space at Four Greenspoint Place, located at 16945 Northchase Drive. Nine Energy Service has leased 6,882 square feet for its headquarters. Savannah Oil and Gas has leased 6,044 square feet to relocate its Houston office from 16800 Imperial Valley. Sirius Minds, a software developer, has leased 2,000 square feet for its headquarters. Allison Knight and Chip Colvill of Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord, Greenspoint Plaza Limited Partnership in all three negotiations. Diana Bridger and David Bale of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Nine Energy Service. Paul Stryker of Stryker Commercial Realty represented Savannah Oil & Gas. Diana Gaines of the J. Beard Real Estate Company, represented Sirius Minds. 

A food industry company has expanded its lease by adding 40,602 square feet to its space at IDIValspar has also leased 8,000 square feet of space. IDI's Ben Newell is the leasing agent on the property. 

Old Castle has renewed its lease of 61,194 square feet and added another 20,520 square feet of to its space at 101 Esplanade. IDI's Ben Newell is the leasing agent on this property. 

Supply Chain Council has renewed its lease of 527 square feet and added another 483 square feet to its space at 262 N Sam Houston E. America's Emergency has also leased 644 square feet of new space in the building. Greater Houston Group's Jake Ashmore is the leasing agent on this property. 

Advisory has renewed its lease of 4,428 square feet at 363 N Sam Houston Parkway E. Murex has leased 33,672 square feet of new space in the building. Day & Zimmerman have leased 10,016 square feet of new space as well. A legal services firm also expanded its lease by leasing an additional 4,047 square feet. Moody Rambin's Terri Torregrossa is the leasing agent on this property. 

Warehouse Associates has purchased Greenbriar North Business Center, 83,212 square feet of industrial space located at 15800 West Hardy from Agarita Management. Tom Lynch and Paul Segreto with CBRE completed the sale. Leasing and management of the property will be handled by Warehouse Associates. 

Greenspoint’s Datacenter Park owner Digital Reality Trust added two new data center buildings totaling 112,000 square feet to its 21-acre campus. Digital Realty’s Clint Harrington said both buildings were preleased before construction to geoscience companies serving the energy industry. One of the companies is TGS-Nopec of Norway. Datacenter Park is a 300,000 square-foot master-planned campus.

Austin-based Data Foundry Inc. purchased 18 acres near I-45 and the North Belt for a 250,000 square-foot data center campus with 50 megawatts of power capability. Ground breaking for the first data center on the campus is planned for Q1 2014.
  
Liberty Property Trust is adding two buildings totaling 230,200 square feet to its Greens Crossing Distribution Center on Greens Parkway between Greens Crossing and Ella Boulevard. Greens Crossing 4 and 5 are scheduled for completion this year, November 1 and December 1, respectively, bringing the total square footage of the Greens Crossing Distribution Center to 805,000.

Greenpoint Business Park owner IDI has broken ground on two buildings, 107,000 square feet and 245,000 square feet, at I-45 and North Sam Houston Parkway. When the buildings deliver in Q1 and Q2, 2014, respectively, the park will have more than 750,000 square feet. IDI's existing three buildings at the site are 93 percent occupied. 

Pinto Business Park has announced plans for two 120,000 square-foot buildings, Plaza Verde I and II. The buildings are anticipated to deliver in 2014. 

BBVA Compass signed a 40,000 square-foot lease at Atrium II, a 106,677 square-foot office building located at 15355 Vantage Parkway West.Transwestern represented the building owner, Hartman, in the transaction. Ron McWhorter and Matt Dickson with CBRE represented the tenant. 

Prince Minerals signed a 12,000 square-foot lease at Atrium I, a 118,461 square-foot office building located at 15311 Vantage Parkway West.Transwestern represented Hartman on the deal, while Jonathan Hicks withDavis Commercial represented Prince Minerals.

GAC Energy and Marine Services expanded to a 181,067 square-foot property at 16200 Central Green Boulevard. The lease was managed by Hans Brindley with Liberty Property Trust.

Boxer Property acquired three buildings, 507, 519 and 523 North Sam Houston Parkway East, totaling more than 254,000 square feet. Andre Pereira and David Kayle with Boxer Properties managed the acquisition.

Abby Office Centers renewed 20,000 square feet and Environmental Drilling Solutions is leasing almost 4,000 square feet at 363 North Sam Houston.  Both leases were negotiated by Griffin Jaggard and Terri Torregrossa with Moody Rambin Interests.  The building is managed by McKenzie Edgar of Moody Rambin Interests.

Cinco Pipe & Supply renewed 10,000 square feet at 333 North Sam Houston Parkway East. Cresa's Julie King represented the tenant and Avison Young's Lee Jeane represented the landlord.

ExxonMobil has reportedly renewed its lease for 186,000 square feet at 396 Greens Road.

The Lone Star Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of fasteners and sealing technologies to the world energy markets, has leased 12,803 square feet at 12941 North Freeway in Houston. Rami Alablli of Keller Williams represented Lone Star Group and Brian Hines negotiated the lease on behalf of Boxer Property.

Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S. leased 7,491 square feet at 363 N Sam Houston Parkway East. Graham Horton, Travis Secor, and Philip Armes from Stream Realty Partners provided tenant representation for Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S. while Terri Torregrossa and Griffin Jaggard from Moody Rambin represented the landlord, 363 Northbelt, L.P.

Midwestern Services signed a new lease for 1,659 square feet in Cross Continents I at 3838 North Sam Houston Parkway East. Jack Russo from Caldwell Companies provided tenant representation while Stream Realty Partners' Philip Armes and Craig McKenna represented the landlord, Cross Continents Investment Company, LLC.

SANTOS CMI signed a new lease for 4,602 square feet in Northborough Atrium I at 12600 Northborough Drive. Ryan Fassett from Moody Rambin provided tenant representation while Stream Realty Partners' Philip Armes and Craig McKenna represented the landlord, Northborough Atrium Investment Company, LLC.

PCS Ferguson has renewed a 12,000 square foot lease at 415 Rankin Circle North. The National Realty Group managed the lease negotiation. 

Caldwell Companies announced that a national distribution company has signed a new lease for 18,000 square feet on West Hardy Road. The deal was negotiated by Bill Ginder with Caldwell Companies.

Cooper Mechanical signed a new lease for 440 square feet and America’s Angels signed a new lease for 2,972 square feet at 256 North Sam Houston Parkway.  Both leases were negotiated by Tarantino Properties.

JD Real Estate is constructing a Holiday Inn Express at 35 Aldine Bender.  The property is 120,000 square feet and will host 200 guest rooms, meeting space and an indoor swimming pool.  The project is anticipated for completion by 2014.

Tarantino Properties signed a new lease with Manning Family Services for 1,513 square feet at 450 North Sam Houston Parkway.

Siltsone Capital, LLC signed a new lease for 1,350 square feet, Helicopters International Shipping Services signed a new lease for 926 square feet and Steelcom Pipe International signed a new lease for 3,128 square feet at 650 North Sam Houston Parkway.  All of the leases were negotiated by Marci Phillips of PM Realty Group

ACCC Insurance has purchased a 106,000-square-foot building at 390 Benmar in the Greenspoint area and will occupy more than half of the property.  Blake Virgilio with Caldwell Watson represented ACCC Insurance in the sale and Transwestern represented the seller, UNUM Group.

A national training firm has renewed its 20,000 square-foot lease in the 400 North Belt building, which is leased and managed by Parkway.
