The District works to promote code enforcement of city, county and other applicable standards to ensure property owners are responsible and keep their property in a manner that enhances the community. The District’s efforts involve removing “bandit” signs and addressing graffiti, ensuring that public spaces remain well-maintained.

Bandit Sign Removal

Illegal signage, or “bandit signs,” are not only an eyesore but also a violation of local ordinances. Through our collaboration with city enforcement teams, we actively remove these unauthorized signs to keep our corridors clean and free of visual clutter.
