Partnerships in Compliance
The District works to promote code enforcement of city, county and other applicable standards to ensure property owners are responsible and keep their property in a manner that enhances the community. The District’s efforts involve removing “bandit” signs and addressing graffiti, ensuring that public spaces remain well-maintained.
Our commitment to maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our region is a collaborative effort. We rely on property owners to invest in the beautification and upkeep of their properties and actively partner with local organizations and various governmental agencies, including city, county, state, and federal entities, to ensure that our district remains compliant with all pertinent laws and regulations.
Together with our partners, we strive to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all who live, work, and visit our district. Our collaborative approach ensures that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our community.
Bandit Sign Removal
Illegal signage, or “bandit signs,” are not only an eyesore but also a violation of local ordinances. Through our collaboration with city enforcement teams, we actively remove these unauthorized signs to keep our corridors clean and free of visual clutter.
