Meet Michelle Wogan, Transwestern Executive Vice President & North Houston District Board Chair

Michelle Wogan’s career spans over 37 years, with a track record that speaks volumes. As Executive Vice President at Transwestern, Michelle leads with expertise, representing corporations in search of office space or asset sales and ensuring property owners’ needs are met. Her deep knowledge of the North Houston District’s commercial inventory makes her a go-to resource for clients seeking Class A office space with unbeatable location advantages.

Since joining Transwestern in 2004, Michelle’s team has completed over 1,000 lease transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet and valued at over $1.2 billion. Recognized as one of Houston’s top women in real estate, Michelle’s accolades include being named a Top 10 broker for most of her career and earning a spot in the Transwestern Champions Club.

Building Success in North Houston

As Board Chair of the North Houston District since 2013, Michelle is a driving force behind the area’s growth. She’s passionate about showcasing the District’s potential, highlighting its modernized office spaces, responsive property management, and top-tier amenities. “The North Houston District makes it an easy choice to be here,” she says. “With great parks, enhanced green spaces, and updated facilities, the area is a commercial real estate paradise.”

Mentorship & Philanthropy

Michelle’s influence extends beyond real estate. She has mentored numerous professionals through her involvement with organizations like CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves on boards that champion causes close to her heart, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Lone Star Giving Foundation. Her dedication to volunteerism, particularly with Light the Night, reflects her passion for advancing cancer research and supporting families affected by the disease.

Advice for Aspiring Leaders

Michelle leads with curiosity and an open mind, empowering others to showcase their talents. Her advice for women aspiring to leadership? “Stay strong. Don’t give up. No means maybe, and always do what’s right.”

A proud Houstonian, Michelle treasures her family’s support throughout her career. She and her husband of 31 years, whom she met at the University of Texas, have built a partnership that balances career and home life seamlessly. “I couldn’t do what I do without him,” Michelle shares.
