Defining Our Space

The District includes the northernmost reach of the City of Houston’s city limits, and is entirely within Harris County’s boundaries.

The District’s 12-square-mile area is bordered by Veterans Memorial to the west, Airtex Boulevard to the north, the Hardy Toll Road to the east and West Road to the south.

The intersection of 1-45 and the North Sam Houston Parkway naturally creates four quadrants; the Airline Corridor, Greens Crossing, Greenspoint and Pinto Business Park.

Companies recognize the advantages of North Houston District’s proximity to the Bush Intercontinental Airport, with quick access to major activity centers throughout the city.
