With easy access to three major traffic arteries, companies recognize the advantages of North Houston District’s proximity to the airport, Port of Houston and other major activity centers throughout the city.

As our region continues to grow, and more logistics and distribution operations choose North Houston, focused attention on long term mobility including freeway expansions, multimodal transportation, and pedestrian priority take center stage.
