The Greenspoint Drive Improvements project reconstructed approximately 5,300 linear feet of roadway to create a divided boulevard with dedicated bus lanes, expanded greenspace, and enhanced hardscape and landscape features.

Signature public art elements were incorporated to strengthen corridor identity. Overhead utilities were relocated underground to improve aesthetics and create a more inviting environment.

The project required coordination with area businesses and multiple partners, including the North Houston District, METRO, TranStar, the City of Houston, and the Harris County Flood Control District, supporting improved mobility and infrastructure performance, and long-term investment along Greenspoint Drive.
